Our story
Tideful started from a simple belief, that the act of writing changes things. Not because journaling is a productivity hack or a wellness box to tick, but because when you put a pen on paper you hear yourself differently.
The name comes from two words, tide and mindful. The tide doesn't rush. It pulls back, breathes, and returns. We wanted a journal that carries that same pace.
I spent years in corporate tech while quietly building a parallel life as a yoga teacher, teaching across fourteen countries and spending a season at a retreat in Phuket. It was in those early mornings, writing before the world woke up, that Tideful started to take shape.
We're small and independent and still early. The first run of journals is in production now, and there's a book of prompts on the way to go with them. If you've ever wanted a quiet place to think, this is what we're building.
The tide doesn't rush.
