A daily page from the Tideful journal, with a Pause / Breathe box, a date, a line for your intention, and twenty-two ruled lines

The journal

One breath, one intention, then the page.

Most journals hand you a blank page and hope for the best. This one gives you two small decisions first, so sitting down is easy on the mornings you don't feel like it.

Pause / Breathe

Every page opens with a box to check. One slow breath, a few rounds of breathwork, a short meditation. However you like, as long as you arrive before you write.

Intention

A word or a sentence. What you want to bring to the day, or how you want it to feel. One line, so it stays a decision rather than a to-do list.

Twenty-two lines

Enough room for the whole page or three sentences. There is no right amount and nothing to finish.

The book

A hundred days of questions.

Ask Yourself is one prompt per page, in a book small enough to sit next to the journal. None of them are about what's wrong with you. They start from the opposite place, that you have already figured a lot out, and ask what you know because of it.

Seven of them are free, and they download the moment you enter your email.

Ask Yourself, one hundred days of journal prompts, by Tideful

Why we made it

For the ones who keep meaning to slow down.

Tideful started in Phuket, where the most useful thing I built wasn't a routine or a plan. It was ten minutes of writing before anyone else was awake. Everything here is built to make that ten minutes easy to keep.
